Buying from us, written plainly

Five policies cover every purchase — authentication, warranty, returns, shipping and payment. Each is short enough to read in full, and firm enough to rely on.

Authentication & inspection

No watch is offered until our watchmakers have opened it, examined it and timed it. The findings — movement service history, dial and case condition, originality of parts — are written into the condition note on each product page and delivered with a signed certificate of authenticity.

  • Signed certificate

Each watch carries a numbered certificate of authenticity issued by the boutique.

  • Timed on the bench

Rate and amplitude are measured in five positions before sale; results are available on request.

  • Honest condition notes

Hairlines, patina, replaced parts and missing documents are always disclosed — never polished over.

Warranty

Every watch sold carries a mechanical warranty from our Geneva workshop — 24 months on new and recently serviced pieces, 12 months on vintage watches. It covers the movement and all mechanical functions.

  • What is covered

Timekeeping faults, movement defects and water-resistance failures under normal use.

  • What is not

Accidental damage, magnetic exposure or work carried out by third parties.

  • Collection & return

We arrange insured collection and return shipping throughout the warranty period.

Returns

Live with the watch for fourteen days. If it is not right, return it within the period in complete, unworn condition — with all seals, boxes and documents — and the full amount is refunded.

  • 14 days from delivery

The clock starts the day the parcel is signed for, anywhere in the world.

  • Insured return

We send a prepaid, fully insured return label with every purchase. Refunds are issued within three business days of inspection.

  • Made-to-measure requests

Special orders and engraved casebacks are final sale; this is stated before payment.

Shipping & duties

Complimentary insured shipping worldwide via FedEx, typically in two to five business days. Import duties are included for deliveries to the EU, the UK, the US and Switzerland — the price you see is the price you pay.

  • Full-value insurance

Every parcel travels insured for its full value and requires a signature on delivery.

  • Other destinations

For countries outside the list above, duties are settled with the courier on delivery; we flag the amount before dispatch.

  • Discreet packaging

Plain outer packaging, no logos. The presentation box travels inside, sealed.

Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is by bank transfer or card, settled through our secure payment partner; a specialist confirms every order personally before dispatch.

  • Card & bank transfer

All major cards accepted. Transfers are held in escrow until the watch is ready to ship.

  • Buyer protection

Funds are only released once your watch has passed its final inspection and is on its way.

  • Reserve a piece

A 20% deposit holds any watch for seven days. Deposits are transferable to any other piece in the vitrine.

Servicing

Our workshop services every watch we sell — and keeps servicing it. A mechanical watch deserves a relationship, not a transaction.

  • Routine maintenance

Recommended every five to seven years: dismantling, cleaning, lubrication and regulation.

  • Restoration

Vintage owners: we restore sympathetically — originality first, cosmetics second.

  • Estimates before work

Nothing is touched until you have a written estimate and have approved it.

Terms & privacy

The full conditions of sale are provided with every order and available in the boutique on request. In short: prices are fixed and final at the moment of order confirmation; ownership passes on full payment; the warranty, return and shipping terms on this page form part of the contract.

We keep customer records only for the purposes of the sale and the relationship that follows it. Your details are never sold or shared with third parties, and correspondence is deleted on request.
